It's an ok place staff were friendly and helpful room was drafty round window but turned rad up and was cosy enough. My room was next to the rear exit to the car park which was a pain when people were leaving at 4am and banging the door. The Toilet had a cracked lid and the shower tray had been repaired with a bit of sealer. The carpet was clean but could do with a stretch to get rid of some ridges. I would stay again but would request a different room as too close to exit.

Small rooms at a budget-friendly price. We were greeting pleasantly and the check-in process was easy. Our room had a microwave, new-ish TV and modern bathroom and was clean and tidy when we arrived. Located right on a tram line and travel into central Manchester is really easy.

It's not bad, obviously it's not perfect being a budget hotel, however there's a fridge, a microwave, a TV, the bathroom is very nicely done. There's no food served on the premises but hotel breakfasts are usually overpriced anyway

My stay here was good. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The room was clean, the toilet was also clean too so no complaints in the overall service. My only gripe is that this place is about a 20 minute drive from the city center. I wouldn't recommend kipping here if you're heading to a gig in town and you have no personal car. It's definitely going to cost quite a bit if you use public transport.

Check in service was very fast and efficient, got the key to the room given to me very quickly. Room itself was very spacious, provided with all the amenities with kettle and fridge, true to images on site. Room did overlook a main road, but the traffic wasn't nearly heavy enough to be an issue as far as sound goes. Scan of ID was required for security.

Great rooms for the price! Reception staff is friendly, rooms are tidy, clean and large. Beds aren't hugely comfortable but again for the price you can't complain. Location is great, right by a tram stop, though you can hear the trams going by so you might need earplugs, and there's a fair amount of light pollution from ill-fitting doors and basic blinds. I've stayed here three times now for 1-2 nights a stay because the location for harbour city and price can't really be beat, and I'll be happy to keep staying here whenever I need a bed for the night. For the management, if you could sort the doors so they fit properly and install blackout blinds I think they'd really benefit, but it's not a huge loss if you don't!

The best you could possibly expect from a super cheap hotel. Close enough to the city centre, clean rooms and polite staff. The reception isnt 24 hours though so make sure you arrive after 1pm and before 11pm. They really need to add some net curtains though as people can see straight in your room if you don't have the blinds down.

Pleasantly surprised by the quality of my room. Very nice bathroom facility, very clean and comfortable. Happy to see I had a fridge, kettle and microwave in my room. And within driving distance of many supermarkets.
